IMMERSION BREWING 2.0 : GROWING & WAKING UP A TRUE BEND, OR BRAND
Immersion Brewing is alive and well after the pandemic… I type as I wipe a bead of sweat off my brow. Regardless, it’s true! They’ve hired a brewer from San Diego with too much experience than he would like to admit (let’s just say he directed more breweries than one person should ever have to run on their own).
James has spared no time and is busy brewing new interesting beers with friends from far and near. Have you tried their Boneyard Colab?
Lucky for me, James brought me on with the goal to showcase his beers and bring the Immersion brand back! While doing my best to make the content true to Oregon and the brewery, I found myself with only four days to create a diverse set of assets which were to be spread across the social channels for multiple months to come.
Below you’ll see all that we’re doing for Immersion Brewing.
CANNING MAGIC
Here, I filmed and photographed three new beers that were canned that same day. I created short videos and a set of photos for the promotion of the news cans for social media.
CANS IN THE WILD
I took cans around town to photograph them in a way that was consistent with their name and label. I also filmed these cans in and around Bend, Oregon… since it’s bend beer! It was fun being able to experiment with different locations around town and watch these cans come alive in their origin home.
MENU & BREW PUB
I was sure to capture the vibe of the Brew Pub and the delicious food that’s served there because truthfully, every aspect of the space deserves its own moment. The people need to know that Immersion Brewing has it all… EVEN CRAFT DRINKS!
BREWING
Filming and photographing the brewing process was a given. We need to show the audience the behind the scenes of the process that creates this oh so perfect brew. They must know how much love and CLEANING goes into brewing this great beer they get to enjoy! Plus, it’s always fun to use these photos to tease any upcoming beers!
VIDEO VIDEO VIDEO
I filmed mostly everything! The goal was to create a brand film that reflects Immersion. With that, I wanted that video to be flexible to where it could be broke up into smaller assets like a reel or short form video if one was ever needed.
STRATEGY & COPY
I am a very powerful but small one man horse. I love being able to intentionally film, photograph and craft copy that is authentic to the brand that I’m working with. It gives me control of all of the aspects of social media marketing. At Immersion, I am posting all of the content I captured in a fun, unique rhythm that I believe keeps the audience engaged but also draws the eye to their account.I hope you enjoy it!
BACK FOR IMMERSION’S 6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Below are the two recap videos I created of the two day events. Here, I tried to elevate the experience through video so that anyone who did not attend could feel as though they did! For those who were present, I want them to be able to look at these recaps and reminisce on the time well spent with Immersion Brewing.
